Recalling Resolution 168/56 dated 19 Sambr 2001 in which it was decided to examine a comprehensive convention to promote and protect the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities based on prospective comprehensive attention to activities conducted in social development, human rights and prohibit discrimination and considering the recommendations of Commission on Human Rights and Social Development Commission, a special committee of its presence to all Member States and UN observers is free; be formed.

3. Urges governments to sign and calls on the Convention and ratified the Additional Protocol with the special attention they have in mind and hopes that the governments in their implementation as soon as possible.
4.
